Quercetin belongs to a group of plant pigments called flavonoids that give many fruits, flowers, and vegetables their colors. Flavonoids, such as quercetin, are antioxidants. They scavenge particles in the body known as free radicals which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Its numerous health benefits, including antioxidant, antimicrobial and may have anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties that have been extensively studied.

Directions for Use

A suggested serving size of 500mg (1 level mini scoop provided), taken up to twice daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
