Refunds & Return

Returns happen. It’s okay. We want satisfied customers so glance over these instructions and give us a ring.

• Take note of your order number and the condition of your product. We only accept unopened products in their original packaging.
• Email us at info@mydetoxify.com.au
• Let us know your order number and if there is an issue.
• If your order arrives damaged or unusable: we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement at no additional cost. We may ask for photo evidence and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• If you have changed your mind about your purchase: we are not able to cancel orders already with couriers or shipped. If delivered, contact us within 3 days to arrange a return. Once received, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or unusable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days.
