Refunds & Return
Returns happen. It’s okay. We want satisfied customers so please review the instructions below.
- Take note of your order number and product condition. We only accept unopened products in original packaging.
- Email us at info@mydetoxify.com.au
- Provide your order number and issue details.

If your order arrives damaged or unusable:
we will refund or replace the product at no additional cost. We may request photo evidence. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If you change your mind:
we cannot cancel orders already shipped. If delivered, contact us within 3 days to arrange a return. Once received, we will refund the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or unusable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 3–10 business days.
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
My Detoxify products may include GST of 10%. All prices are shown inclusive of GST. Product pages indicate whether GST is 0% or 10%. Invoices will display the GST component.
