PHGG stands for Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum and ours is Sunfiber® sourced from India and USDA Organic.  Naturally enzymatically hydrolysed to break the viscosity of the Guar Gum into smaller soluble units that dissolve more easily in water. PHGG is a colourless and odourless dietary fibre that contributes to regular laxation (bowel movements) and is a valuable prebiotic to support microflora balance, digestive health intestinal comfort. When consumed in water at meal times it may assist the body to reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes by decreasing the glycemic index of foods. It promotes a healthy digestive balance without the excess gas or bloating associated with other fibres.

Directions of Use

Mix 5g (1 teaspoon) daily into at least 200ml of water or other beverage of choice, or sprinkle on food. Can be used in hot drinks and dissolves faster in warm water.
