Tips for the best result
Add Figure8 gradually – Sprinkle the powder evenly over the yoghurt before mixing to help reduce clumping.
Stir thoroughly – Mix from the bottom of the bowl and around the edges until the colour and texture are consistent.
Adjust the consistency – Different yoghurts vary in thickness. Add cold water gradually until the preferred texture is reached.
Use chilled yoghurt – Refrigerated yoghurt and berries create a fresher taste and firmer texture.
Choose a larger bowl – A bowl with extra space makes it easier to mix the powder evenly without spilling.
Allow a brief resting time – Letting the mixture stand for one or two minutes can help the ingredients hydrate. Stir again before serving.
Enjoy it freshly prepared – The colour, flavour and texture are best when the yoghurt cup is prepared immediately before use.
Protect clothing and surfaces – Figure8 has a strong mixed berry colour and may mark clothing or porous surfaces. Clean spills promptly.
